The storage
The spare parts warehouse is housed in its own special area with a total area of 1,000 m². In cases where required, it operates on a 24-hour basis providing every spare part. The spare parts warehouse is located in a specially designed and configured space, built according to modern spare parts warehouse organization standards and includes over 2,500 spare parts and component codes.
Support
RAM EUROPE believes that sales are not only boosted by salespeople, but also by technical and after-sales support. So in addition to organizing the technical support network for customers, we also focus on the thorough training of machine operators. This is how we train all the operators of every machine we sell because we believe that proper handling contributes to the longer life of the machine, minimizes the chances of damage and accidents.
