It easily accepts the material to be composted with the help of a loader that transports it to the compression hopper, with the aim of uniform compression inside the metal compression chamber.
Then, through the compression system, it is led to the closed composting bag already placed at the back of the machine.
The operator of the machine has the possibility to control the movements of the machine through a wireless remote control which can also activate it from the position of the operator of the loader.
It is thus possible to have a common operator for both machines, both the loader and the one COMP PRESS.
For smooth and trouble-free compression, a hydraulic telescopic piston with three individual pistons has been installed. The operating system of the telescopic compression piston is dual-function with a stroke of up to 2,950mm.
The time required to compress the waste is 50 sec and the return time of the piston to its original position is adjustable from 20 to 40 sec.
By means of the hydraulic telescopic piston, the compression plate of the material is advanced into the compression chamber and then to its exit from it and to the filling with material of the composting bag.
This process is repeated until the compost bag is evenly filled
